Focus

In the REVEAL research group, I had the privilege of working with Prof. Michele Lanza on ways to analyze \\ large evolving systems using 3D software visualization. Since I strongly believe in tools and I enjoy applying fresh ideas on real systems, I developed CodeCity. In CodeCity, the subject systems are visualized as 3D cities which can be explored and interacted with. CodeCity is now available for download.

Background

As a member of the LOOSE Research Group from 2003 to 2006, I experienced great times working with Prof. Radu Marinescu, who has been my mentor during my first steps in research. During this period, in which I focused on clone detection, I developed DuDe, a duplication detection tool, also available for download.

I have also been a Junior Researcher at the e-Austria Research Institute in Timisoara, from 2004 and 2006.
